All tickets, including e-Tickets will be validated using the barcode appearing on the ticket. If the barcode on your ticket becomes damaged, please contact the box office for replacement tickets, if necessary.
CHILDREN'S TICKETS
Select performances are FREE for all children (under age 18) and students in grades K-12. If your subscription order includes children's tickets, please check the appropriate box at the bottom of the order form, use our online ticketing system to order your subscription, or call the box office directly.
ACCESSIBILITY AND HEARING
Please note that The Maryland Theatre does not currently have any elevators. Special seating areas are available on the orchestra level for patrons in a wheelchair and their companions. These seats may be purchased through the online ticketing site or by contacting the box office by phone. Specially designed “transfer” seats are also available for those patrons utilizing other mobility devices, including an assistive cane, motorized scooter, or wheelchair who would prefer to “transfer” into a regular theatre seat. Please be courteous to our patrons with special needs and understand that these seats should only be purchased if you require this special seating. Additionally, The Maryland Theatre is equipped with a t-coil loop system for patrons with a hearing impairment and for those who may require sound amplification.
GUEST PASSES
One of your exclusive Adult subscriber benefits includes two “Be Our Guest” passes for use during the upcoming season. Each pass may be redeemed for a complimentary ticket to almost any concert in your 2017-2018 subscription package to bring a friend, family member, or guest with you. These tickets are not intended for personal use by the subscriber to add concerts not requested at the time of renewal or purchase. Passes may not be used for any special event add-on, Holiday, or Disney concert and cannot be carried forward to the following season. For your convenience, guest passes are maintained electronically by the box office as part of your subscriber account and will not be mailed with your subscription order. To redeem a pass for a ticket, contact the MSO box office no later than the Thursday prior to the concert you wish to attend. Seating requests are subject to availability and unused passes expire at the end of the 2017-2018 season.
FEES
All tickets are subject to a $5 per ticket fee (already included in the pricing on this site). Your annual subscription order also qualifies you for complimentary delivery of your tickets by mail; however, a nominal delivery fee may be assessed on any future ticket orders if requesting mail delivery. Please contact the box office with any questions regarding these fees.
PRICING AND REFUNDS
Please take note; it is very important that you refer to the ticket pricing chart given. Some seat locations will either be lower or higher in price based upon the specific concert and seat location you may choose within the theatre. Ticket prices are subject to change without further notice. The Maryland Symphony Orchestra reserves the right to change ticket prices due to the popularity of any given production and in conjunction with any special promotions.
All sales are final. No refunds unless performance is cancelled. Subscribers may exchange their series tickets, at no charge, for alternate performances of the same program or another at equal or lesser value.
